I just wanted to say that my son was at the Barrhaven Camps Canada location this past summer (July) and had the most amazing time. I was so impressed with the camp counsellors who all seemed to love my son, treat him so well and prioritize safety and play! In particular, one of the young counsellors, Axel (real name, unknown :)), was always the first one to come play with my son, and when we ran into him at Walter Baker later in August (with another group) he still took the time to include my son in his games with the other kids. So thoughtful. Should any of the staff need recommendation letters, or if I can write a review for your website, I would be more than happy to do so! Thanks again! We will see you definitely next year!
Just wanted to let you know that my daughter had a fantastic time and we are definitely signing her up again next year. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful program! It eases my mind to know that she is having fun and being well cared for while I’m at work! Many thanks again for offering an amazing alternative for out of school care!

My son was at Camps Canada for the first time over the last 2 weeks. It has been the best camp experience he has ever had and he will be definitely returning next year. The counsellors were enthusiastic and the camp was very well organized.
Wonderful staff. Very friendly, up beat and happy to see the kids “each” day! Nice to see many familiar faces from last year. Our kids enjoy the challenges and skills learnt each day at Multi-Sport. Excellent golf camp with field trips that are well organized.
My 9 year old and 5 year old had a great time last week. Every day they gave positive feedback. They enjoyed the games the pool outings and my daughter loved the crafts. Counsellors were great too.
The boys really enjoy themselves at your Camp. They are totally tired out by the time I get them home. So, that’s a good indicator. We’ll be back next year. You run a great program.
Suffice to say that my son had an awesome week! Having the camp available in Barrhaven was a definite plus for me. My (younger ) daughter spent about three minutes watching the kids at the end of the day, and wanted to know why I hadn’t registered her as well. Thanks for another excellent camp. I know we’ll be back again.
My son was at your Camp for one week and he really enjoyed it. He was in the multi-sports for the 5-6 years old. I felt secured with your staff. They were well organized. My son has nuts and peanuts allergies and it reassured me to see that the staff was older than teenagers. Thanks again for the great experience and we will surely go back next summer.
Both the boys had a great time at Teen Camping. They talked my ear off all the way home and well into dinner. They had an amazing time and my son said it was the best camp he ever went to and wants to go back next year. They loved everything about it, especially the caves, and they made some good friends. It was nice to see their excitement and enthusiasm for this planned camp. Kudos to you and your staff for making it such a memorable and worthwhile experience for them. You and your team definitely had a huge impact on their adventure. Anyway, thanks again.
I cannot say enough good things about your camp. My son has the most wonderful time at camp. Every morning when I drop him off he runs to get to the gym to play with the kids and every night when I arrive to pick him up he is upset that he has to leave and always says, “Mommy why do you have to pick me up early”, meanwhile it’s 4:30. Thank you so much for an excellent camp run by excellent caring individuals. It is great to be able to go to work and have peace of mind that your child is being well taken care of in a learning and caring environment. Hats off to Camps Canada….you guys rock!!!!!
My son absolutely LOVES this camp. I originally signed him up for weeks 2 and 3, but because he was having such a great time he asked me to sign him up for an additional week. The counsellors are fantastic! They make him feel very special. Last Friday he won Camper of the Week!! I can’t tell you how proud that made him feel. We will definitely be signing him up next year. Thanks for the fun time.
My son had a wonderful time at your camp and could not wait to attend every day! He made lots of new friends and talk animatedly about his day (for a change)! The before and after camp hours are especially important to us as full-time working parents and it is rare to find a camp that takes this into consideration! Your counsellors are friendly, mature and energetic and it’s plain to see why the kids have so much fun spending time with them. I also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of counsellors to manage the largish group to ensure that each camper was well-attended. Obviously, a great deal of thought on your part went into meeting our expectations and I wanted to thank you!
I had my daughter in CC last week in the Arts and Crafts and she had a blast. She was exhausted and crashed in bed every night last week. I have lots of great comments about staff and the ratio and the location.
My son just finished his first week at your camp and absolutely loved it. He has two weeks to go and is looking forward to both of them. He’s already asked me if he can return next year.
My daughter attended the sports camp had a blast! I couldn’t believe how much activity was packed into a day. When she came home at the end of the day she was completely wiped. She’ll definitely be going again! Thanks for the great work!
