Rules for Cancelling your Registration
- We reserve the right to change or update our cancellation rules at any time.
- We do not provide refunds for partial weeks after the first 2 days for ANY REASON. The fees you paid are for a full-week period, not day-to-day.
- In case of illness of 2 consecutive days or more, a refund of up to 50% will be considered by the Camp Owner. A written request accompanied by a Doctor certificate is required for consideration.
- Please allow 14 days to process cancellations. We will contact you by email once your cancellation is complete.
- All refund requests received after July 1, 2024 will be processed after September 1, 2024.

NO REFUNDS (for any reason) will be provided inside of 48 hours before the start of your camp date. No refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted inside 48 hours.
NO REFUNDS … but a credit note will be provided for next year, less the administration charge of $100.00.
All refund requests received after July 1, 2024 will be processed after September 1, 2024.
Please complete a separate cancellation form for every week cancelled (including multiple campers).
