Description
NEW! Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (intermediate) now available. This will help to accommodate campers who have been with us before.
Campers will be sorted (by our qualified instructors) into two distinct levels for instruction on the first day of camp.
In partnership with the Pinto Valley Ranch in Kinburn, campers aged 8 to 12 will receive Horseback Riding instruction in the morning and swim each afternoon.
This camp is suitable as an introduction to Western Horseback Riding. It is not for advanced level riders.
Under the watchful eye of experienced horse-riding instructors, campers aged 8 to 12, of different
abilities will learn western horseback riding on quarter-horses and ponies in an outdoor sand ring.
Confidence in riding will be fostered at each camper's individual pace. In addition to riding,
children will also learn lots about horses and come to understand the complete
responsibilities of horse ownership. Our mission is to educate campers through
hands-on experience about horses, horse care and of course riding . . . in a fun-first,
country environment.
Personalized helmets will be provided on a weekly basis.
Activities
feeding, bedding, grooming, leading, tying, tacking, mounting, riding, theme days, and much more.
