Change Form
You can not make a change inside of 7 days before the start of your camp week.

Our deadline for changes to your registration is March 1 (March Break Camp) and June 1 (Summer Camp). Before these dates, there is no fee for camp changes (cancellations are done separately on a Cancellation Form). After these dates, a fee of $20 per “change form” will be levied. We will provide confirmation by email of your change once we have received:
  1. This completed Change Form (2 CHANGES PERMITTED PER FORM)
  2. A cheque ($20 per “change form” after March 1 or June 1)

* Remember to send $20 for each of these change forms submitted. (two changes per form)

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for changes to be made. We will do our best to accommodate all requests for change of camp or date but there are occasions where camps may be full and where this may not be possible. We will contact you by email once your change is complete.
