Rules for Changing your registration

  1. We reserve the right to change or update our change rules at any time.
  2. A change request is required to change your child’s camp dates, locations, or the type of specialty camp.
  3. Change Requests are only processed if there is a space available in the “new camp” you desire. You should check availability online BEFORE requesting a change. If there is no space available for you to make the change, you can submit a “Cancellation Request” instead. There may be fees involved.
  4. We do not accept change requests inside 14 days before the start of your camp start date.
  5. Please complete a separate change form for each change request (including multiple weeks and/or multiple campers).
  6. Please allow 3 business days for changes to be made. We will contact you by email once your change is complete.
  7. Fees for Change Requests will be charged to your credit card on file.
  8. Please note the important dates below as they relate to your Change Request.
